Medico-genetic consultation (CIM) of the regional perinatal center

Acceptance of analyzes from 9.00 to 12.00 (except Tuesday):

on urinary screening (for proline, hyperaminoaciduria, Sulkovich's test, phenylketonuria, glucosuria, etc.): the first morning portion of urine is needed.
on the sexual chromatin (Barra's body);
on the biochemical analysis of blood and urine (blood on an empty stomach and daily urine for 24 hours).
on sweat chloride (a sweat test for cystic fibrosis).

To take the tests you need:

For urinary screening (for proline, aminoaciduria, Sulkovich's test, phenylketonuria, etc.)

before analysis for proline for 1-3 days go to a protein-free diet (exclude meat, fish, eggs, chocolate, cottage cheese);
for the analysis, the first morning portion of urine is needed;
for 1-3 days before the analysis to cancel the taking of medications or point in the direction taken medications.

For analysis on sexual chromatin

Before the analysis to exclude rough food (to preserve the oral mucosa), it is desirable to rinse the mouth.

For a biochemical blood test

Blood to hand over on an empty stomach (you can drink) from 8-10 h.

For biochemical analysis of urine

I need 24-hour urine (for 24 hours); if stored in a cool place!

The rules for collecting 24-hour urine: the first morning dose is not taken (zero time), and all subsequent portions are collected until the same time of the next day-the last morning portion of urine is brought in a separate container (for urinary screening). It is necessary to bring the entire amount of urine.

For a sweat test
